Trunk Stability Push-Up!

The trunk stability push-up is important to see how stable our core is. For example, say you're going to pick up a heavy grocery bag off the floor. Do you think about bracing your abs? Unless you're a movement superstar, probably not. You just assume that they will brace themselves. When we move reflexively without stabilization, injury can occur!
